Fox: “Controversial legislation allowing Pennsylvania public school workers to bring guns onto school grounds narrowly passed the State Senate on Wednesday. Senate Bill 383 passed by a vote of 28-22, with six Republican Senators voting against it. The legislation would allow school employees who are licensed to carry firearms the ability to store their gun in their classroom or office inside a safe.”

Pennsylvania Constitution, section 21: “The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.”
