PRES TRUMP BACK FROM BIG FOREIGN TOUR DEALS WITH LEAKERS, FAKE NEWS: WHEN I WAS STILL WATCHING CABLE NEWS…

NYP: “Trump’s clarity on the global stage was a reminder of why he was elected. Much as he did in the campaign on his best days, he cut through the BS to get to the heart of contentious issues and offer forceful solutions.
Under enormous scrutiny, he acted in the best traditions of American leadership on two continents by helping create a Muslim NATO to combat radical Islamists and by pushing the original NATO to face terrorism and financial facts.”

“Throughout the weeklong trip, which also included a substantive, friendly meeting with the pope and tense negotiations over trade and climate change, Trump showed the message discipline too often missing in the White House. … But now Trump comes home to the swamp…”

A big part of that swamp today is news media. When I was still watching Fox News it was recorded. It was the last network I could put up with, I got local sports and weather on my iPhone. Fair and balanced always meant both parties had equal time, more time for me to waste watching something I disagreed with, knowing the segment was soon to end and the great debate would have to continue next time. The participants realized the same, there were never any winners. Recording permitted the opportunity to fast forward, it was amazing how quickly I was watching these.

Once Trump was selected as the nominee he was the GOP candidate, certainly not roadkill for fake news debate sessions. Today as president, who knows anything about the increases in average household incomes, economic growth, reduced spending, or how it compares to Obama’s entire recovery? How many fewer illegals are crossing our border? Why do these accomplishments upset the liberals?

Last week Pelosi had nothing better to criticize Pres Trump’s foreign trip than to say it was not done in alphabetical order.
