Mashable: “Eighth grade students from South Orange Middle School in South Orange, New Jersey were on a school trip to Wasshington D.C. on Friday when they were given a very special opportunity: a photo-op with Speaker Paul Ryan… Close to 100 8th graders refused to take a photo with the Speaker and instead sat in a parking lot across the street. Speaker Ryan then took a photo with the remaining class and posted it to his Instagram.”

News media was once again focused on the recent Montana replacement election, frontpaging the GOP candidate’s (Gianforte) incident with a reporter, calling it a body slam.

Ryan commented on it: “Hell yeah he should apologize. This is not the kind of thing we generally approve of you know, beating up on journalists.”

The never lose news media defense team piled on as ABC talks about the state that Trump took by more than 20 points, the 70% who voted before the horrid assault, and of course always confirming with that Fox reporter, Acuna, who later recanted. Still have not seen mention of the recanting.

This story included several quotes from the Village Green, all of which supported the student’s decision and portrayed Ryan as 100% behind Pres Trump.
