Fox: “Napolitano said: “Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice.”
Instead, Napolitano said, Obama used GCHQ, a British intelligence and security organization that has 24-7 access to the NSA database.
“There’s no American fingerprints on this. What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated,” Napolitano said.”

McCain: “President Trump has to provide the American people, not just the Intelligence Committee but the American people with evidence that his predecessor, former president of the United States, was guilty of breaking the law.”
