The people in the study were given unprocessed fats from natural sources, including butter, cream and cheese, along with coconut oil. Scientists believe these are “good fats” that absorb well in the body.”
One of their studies put men on such a diet to explore concerns about controlling weight and cholesterol, they lost weight and reduced cholesterol.
I have always eaten a similar diet and have never had diabetic, weight, or cholesterol concerns.
