Last September Florida AG Pam Bondi spoke on ObamaCare saying: “This health care law is an affront on Americans’ individual liberty, and we will not allow the federal government to violate our constitutional rights. Our country urgently needs a final ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court.” She just discussed it again last week with Greta comparing it to RomneyCare.

WEEKEND DUMP: FAST AND FURIOUS DOCS

The GOP debates continue on with multiple candidates, the focus target Obama. Unable to campaign on the last 3 years, the ongoing effort is to trash the past, weekend dumps. Fast and Furious is one of those lies which simply will not die nor should it. The president’s role is not to override the will of the people.

AP: “Newly released Justice Department emails sent to Capitol Hill for a congressional inquiry into a gun-smuggling operation indicate that the head of the department’s criminal division suggested letting some illicit “straw” weapons buyers in the U.S. transport their guns across the border into Mexico where they could be arrested.
According to the emails turned over to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Friday night, the Justice official, Lanny Breuer, made the suggestion to Mexican officials because it “may send a strong message to arms traffickers.”
Mexico has stringent gun control laws with long prison terms as opposed to the U.S., where small-time “straw” buyers working for major arms traffickers seldom face jail time.” Breuer addressed the issue in February 2011.

America is still waiting for Holder’s final version of this event. Although Bush’s record is an open book Holder’s remains closed. In part 1 Clinton there was the Marc Rich pardon, FALN, US Cole walkaway, Khobar Tower…, and part 2 began with an effort to prosecute CIA, Bush, and defend Gitmo terrorists.

We are being forced to dig through the garbage they threw out in order to piece together the truth about Fast and Furious. How much other legislation is going to court? Home of the free.

FLORIDA DEBATE: SANTORUM DESTROYS OBAMA…

Santorum, the candidate with no money, who won Iowa late, selected by libs and republicans to drop out, brought on the conservatism and facts in last night’s Florida debate, and put another nail in Obamaism worldwide. First tearing into ObamaCare he proceeded to global warming, putting the ducks neatly in sight and shooting them down. When the smoke cleared it was obvious why candidate Obama’s new platform was void of his last 3 years of accomplishments.

WSJ: “Speaking for many scientists and engineers who have looked carefully and independently at the science of climate, we have a message to any candidate for public office: There is no compelling scientific argument for drastic action to ‘decarbonize’ the world’s economy. Even if one accepts the inflated climate forecasts of the IPCC, aggressive greenhouse-gas control policies are not justified economically.”

We talked about the third green stimulus funded company to bite the dust earlier and WSJ discusses programs from other countries: “Spain’s government suspended subsidies for new renewable energy plants as part of the administration’s efforts to curb the budget deficit. The government today passed a decree that will halt subsidies for new wind, solar, co-generation or waste incineration plants, as it bids to rein in electric system debts that reached 24 billion euros ($31 billion).”

SUVs are no longer about keeping the family safe let alone providing safe driving in poor weather conditions, they intrude upon our precious animals. These vehicles create CO2, the same substance both the animals and and we exhale with each breath. Regardless of our desire to drive them, Obama is personally against it.

Santorum speaks not only for the scientists who who find no credence in the theory but for the people as well. The same with health care. He does so just as one would expect from any leader representing the people. Refreshing.

MOVE OVER SOLYNDRA, BEACON: ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

Obama’s stimulus gift green program reveals it’s true intentions, the taxpayer handout that never asked anything in return. The people’s gift to the Obama campaign. The gift that gave even after we said no. AP today: “The parent company of an electric car battery maker that received a $118 million grant from the Obama administration filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Thursday.”

AP: “New York-based Ener1 said it has been affected by competition from China and other countries.
Ener1 subsidiary EnerDel received a $118 million stimulus grant from the Energy Department in 2009, and Vice President Joe Biden visited the company’s new battery plant in Indiana last year.”

NEWS MEDIA HIDES ECONOMIC DISASTER: WHAT ELSE

AP posted nationally a story entitled ‘Economy grew modest 2.8 pct. in Q4, best in 2011′. So what? First impression from anyone would be things are getting better. Unemployment numbers are telling people the same, so did the State of the Union. Your leader is saying things are under control on the good side, news media followers reinforce it, why would America lie to you?

AP: “The U.S. economy grew at a modest 2.8 percent in the final three months of last year, the fastest growth in 2011.
Americans spent more on cars and trucks, and companies built up their stockpiles. But growth in the October-December quarter — and all of 2011 — was held back by the biggest annual government spending cuts in four decades.”

It’s after this they tell the reader that GDP for the year was half of 2010 or 1.7%. Hell I feel lucky they even mentioned it.

OBAMA 2012: IT’S STILL THE PEOPLE VS ME

Obama’s success in 2008 was a result of two primary factors, a platform of sorts and his opponent. Although McCain was to be forgotten, quite unusually so too was Obama’s platform. In a follow-up State of the Union ABC interview with Dianne Sawyer candidate Obama’s big focus was on how much the country needs him for another term: “Because I think the country needs it.”

ABC: “Obama said the alternative he’s offering – higher taxes on the wealthy, particularly millionaires and billionaires, to bankroll new government spending — is a “a recipe for a fair, sound approach to deficit reduction and rebuilding this country,” which he outlined in his speech to Congress and the nation Tuesday night.”

We are in Colorado this week for the races and I have spoken with several small business owners. Last night Ryan from Wisconsin had to leave his wife at home to run the company. We talked about the miracles worked by Gov Walker and the tragic efforts to destroy them. More Obama alternatives?

This is a start over campaign for candidate Obama, a new platform altogether, totally devoid of the first 3 years. At this point there is not a lot left to change, the idea of ‘continuing the path’ is code for implementation. Unlike a leader, he seeks the opportunity to enact what the people are fighting. It’s still Obama vs the people.

BACK TO OBAMA’S STATE OF DIFFUSION: RETURN TO REALITY

A few days ago AP told us that candidate Obama’s hands are so tied until after the election that it’s doubtful much of anything will be accomplished the rest of this term. No hope for more change, the leader is out. Obama’s speech: “We have subsidized oil companies for a century. That’s long enough. It’s time to end the taxpayer giveaways to an industry that’s rarely been more profitable, and double-down on a clean energy industry that’s never been more promising.”

The Federal Eye uncovered billions of unpaid government taxes owed by government employees yet we never had the specific breakdowns.

Investors: “A new report just out from the Internal Revenue Service reveals that 36 of President Obama’s executive office staff owe the country $833,970 in back taxes. These people working for Mr. Fair Share apparently haven’t paid any share, let alone their fair share.”

The article asks how embarrassing this information must be for candidate Obama. Seriously! Steve Jobs halted production of 4S because the glass scratched in his pocket, was told it could not be fixed in the 6 weeks prior to release, told them to find the way, and they did. Reality for Obama is failure.

STATE OF UNION RESPONSE: MITCH DANIELS FOR THE KILL

Starting slowly, moderate Mitch Daniels passed on a few in the sweet spot before unloading on one and sending it over the center field wall in a place everyone could see it. His message hung high in the lights and fell slowly into the upper stands, a shot which nobody would ever consider throwing back out onto the field. A home run which will resonate in the memories of so many after candidate Obama wandered back to the locker room earlier unsure of where he was.

Daniels: “The extremism that stifles the development of homegrown energy or cancels a perfectly safe pipeline that would employ tens of thousands, or jacks up consumer utility bills for no improvement in either human health or world temperature, is a pro-poverty policy. It must be replaced by a passionate pro-growth approach that breaks all ties and calls all close ones in favor of private sector jobs that restore opportunity for all and generate the public revenues to pay our bills. That means a dramatically simpler tax system of fewer loopholes and lower rates, a pause in the mindless piling on of expensive new regulations that devour dollars that otherwise could be used to hire somebody. It means maximizing on the new domestic energy technologies that are the best break our economy’s gotten in years.”

He continued future attempts to divide us and refused to accept the responsibility he demanded.

Daniels defined America’s problems, labeled them as extremism, and did not refrain from identifying the lies. You could envision the stadium stadium, unwilling to sit down, and the never ending applause. Whether Obama promises may continue, again, like Steve Jobs, the choice remains yours.

STATE OF DIFFUSION: APPLE TO THE RESCUE

AP reflects on the State of Union speech: “President Barack Obama’s array of plans in his State of the Union speech was light on a key piece of context — namely, that his hands are so tied until after the election that it is doubtful many if any of them can be done in the remainder of his term. There can be little more than wishful thinking behind his call to end oil industry subsidies — something he could not get through a Democratic Congress, much less today’s divided Congress, much less in this election year.”

Recently the Federal Eye uncovered billions of unpaid government taxes owed by government employees yet candidate Obama is focused on the private industry which pays them. Not only is he committed to take out oil, he told Keystone and it’s jobs to take a hike.

Candidate Obama last night: “We have subsidized oil companies for a century. That’s long enough. It’s time to end the taxpayer giveaways to an industry that’s rarely been more profitable, and double-down on a clean energy industry that’s never been more promising.”

When has he ever stopped pleading for more tax increases on the big oil? First time around, in front of a stacked lib Congress, he demanded more than $35 Billion in tax increases out of oil and gas and even they turned him down. He has yet to stop although new routes have started with the bypassing of Congress through EPA, czars, and special committees. The people responsible for building America are being taken out and replaced by government however he can.

AP today: “For the first time, the device that changed how people use mobile phones, accounts for more than half of the behemoth company’s sales.
Apple Inc. on Tuesday said it sold 37 million iPhones in the last three months of 2011, vastly exceeding analyst estimates and propelling the company to record quarterly results.”

Steve Jobs was a business person first. Like most company owners, he woke up to the thrill of going to work. Problems were challenges adored, solutions always existed. There are better ways for America, he realized and wanted just that, we all do. Jobs would not quit until he won and he did. Obama refuses to quit until he loses, that’s our choice.

PAY YOUR FAIR SHARE: GOVT EMPLOYEES…

The Obama goal for America is a government run nation, top down, creating his concept of fairness, equity, and opportunity for all. The big item on the plate today is increased taxes for the millionaires and billionaires, starting at incomes of $200,000 a year. Those who can pay must step up and take their leadership roles to advance our country. No Keystone.

The Federal Eye reports on unpaid taxes by federal workers, people we employee: “About 98,000 federal, postal and congressional employees owed $1.03 billion in unpaid taxes at the end of fiscal 2010, according to records provided by the Internal Revenue Service. The total number of delinquent employees dipped slightly from 2009, but the amount owed jumped by $32 million.”

Our taxes pay their salaries and benefits and they do not pay their taxes. At the same time our leader implores us to pay our fair share. Go figure.
