Rubio’s plan is a work permit to identify the existing illegals, sign them into a program whereby they must renew after 5 years, establish them as taxpayers, use their income tax to fund border security, and create a law which they must apply for green cards after the second expiration of their second renewal. At that point they are placed at the back of the line for citizenship, no borrowing is necessary to fund the elements of of border security, and there is no further influx of illegals.

DODD FRANK LAWSUIT GOES TO COURT

Free Beacon: “Lawyers representing the State National Bank of Big Springs, 11 states, and two advocacy organizations appeared before a D.C. District Court for the first time on Tuesday, arguing that the Dodd-Frank financial reform act unduly burdens smaller financial institutions and strips states of their legal rights. The plaintiffs argue that several key parts of the act are unconstitutional, including the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). They also argue that President Barack Obama’s recess appointment of Richard Cordray to head the CFPB was unconstitutional.”

Wired: “A best-selling author and technology expert has said that web users should boycott internet giants like Google and Facebook if it is confirmed they were involved in a US surveillance programme referred to as Prism. In an interview with Wired.co.uk, Professor Tim Wu of Columbia Law School suggested that consumers had a responsibility to leave social networks found out to be collaborating secretly with intelligence services such as the US National Security Agency: “Quit Facebook and use another search engine. It’s simple.”

“He added, “It’s nice to keep in touch with your friends. But I think if you find out if it’s true that these companies are involved in these surveillance programs you should just quit.” Wu cautioned that he felt many facts were not yet verified but admitted he was not surprised to hear of the existence of Prism.”

OBAMA PASSION FOR YOUTH OF AMERICA: LONG KNIVES FOR 29YR OLD SNOWDEN

National Journal: “Young Americans are feeling better about President Obama than they were just four months ago, a new poll from Harvard’s Institute of Politics has found. The survey contains both good and bad news for the Obama campaign: While Obama’s supporters are currently more passionate than supporters of Republican candidate Mitt Romney, young people overall are feeling disillusioned with the political system and unenthusiastic about voting in 2012.”

Obama: “America’s young people face record unemployment, and we need to do everything we can to make sure they’ve got the opportunity to earn the skills and a work ethic that come with a job. It’s important for their future, and for America’s.”

America’s youth is demanding big government entitlement handouts, and they do not want to wait. Obama represents the side that’s pleased to give and too many GOP want to be in on the smiles.

A lot of deals are made in law enforcement to either get to or prevent getting to the top. Motivating settlement factors often involve issues not related to the situation. The video guy who agreed to incarceration for Benghazi had no involvement with the attack.

America Live’s Fox lead today was about Snowden, the unshaven 29 year old high school equivalency graduate who worked 3 months as a security guard, was doing national security.

Just because Roberts pushed ObamaCare across did not make it right for me. Now, “We the people,” are told to sit back and listen to the news media tell us it’s OK, Snowden is a 29 year creep.

Chicago Mayor Emanuel has indicated intentions of running for another term. NYT: “So far in 2013, Chicago homicides, which outnumbered slayings in the larger cities of New York and Los Angeles last year, are down 34 percent from the same period in 2012. … Critics question whether the city can continue to pay for the added police presence. By the end of April, $31.9 million of the $38 million set aside in the city budget for police overtime for the year had been spent, city records show.”

After Obama moved DNC headquarters to Chicago even Ben Smith at Politico called it an “EXTREMELY BAD idea.” He followed: “Among other things, it will encourage Obama to keep living in his little black bubble on the South Side of Chicago.”

OBAMA SNEAKS IN MORNING AFTER PILL FOR ALL AGES: NO SCRIPT

Reuters: “The Obama administration will stop trying to limit sales of emergency contraception pills, making the morning-after pill available to women of all ages without a prescription. … On 5 April US district Judge Edward Korman said the US Food and Drug Administration had been “arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable” in rejecting a citizen petition to make emergency contraception available over the counter to girls of all ages.”

Obama was behind the order to mandate Catholic institutions provide contraceptives to all employees, a reaction which filtered it’s way into our public schools.

Remember the 2012 vending machine that did not verify the student’s age? AP: “Students at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania can get the “morning-after” pill by sliding $25 into a vending machine, an idea that has drawn the attention of federal regulators and raised questions about how accessible emergency contraception should be.”

AP: “An official resigned from the nation’s largest breast cancer charity Tuesday over Planned Parenthood funding, and Republican presidential candidates attacked the Obama administration for a recent ruling requiring church-affiliated employers to provide birth control.”

The Diplomatic Security Service, or the DSS, is the State Department’s security force, charged with protecting the secretary of state and U.S. ambassadors overseas and with investigating any cases of misconduct on the part of the 70,000 State Department employees worldwide. CBS News’ John Miller reports that according to an internal State Department Inspector General’s memo, several recent investigations were influenced, manipulated, or simply called off. The memo obtained by CBS News cited eight specific examples.”
