According to the NY Times there will be no civil charges filed against officer Darren Wilson in the death of Michael Brown: “Justice Department lawyers will recommend that no civil rights charges be brought against the police officer who fatally shot an unarmed teenager in Ferguson, Mo., after an F.B.I. investigation found no evidence to support charges.” Where is Holder?
Holder August 21, 2014: “I wanted the people of Ferguson to know that I personally understood that distrust. I wanted them to know that while so much else may be uncertain this attorney general and this department of justice stands with the people of Ferguson.”
After further examination by the FBI in Virginia they were unable to find anything different than the locals back in St Louis.
