Concerning guns, we have discussed nothing but long term liberal objectives. The game always works the same way, get whatever possible now and consume the remaining in the long term. Who still remembers buying a dollar’s worth of real regular gasoline someone else pumped into your 400HP V8? They did not have all of the safety regulations like airbags but people walked away from accidents.
Frontpage headlines continue to focus on Obama sidestepping our Constitution regarding gun control. The leftist lib leaders like it. The news media followers drool. It’s not going to happen.
Obama is what he is, a community organizer, he follows. Think about previous deals he made with companies in a variety of instances to get them on board with new legislation in order to pass it. All of the waivers for ObamaCare, cash for investment businesses…, private industry support was bought. Imagine all of the opportunities to do the same with the gun manufacturers…
