Obama won the election with union support. They contributed $500 Billion in addition to 400,000 campaigners to take critical states such as Ohio and Nevada. The efforts mean Obama owes the unions big time. The results and/or payoffs are critical to America’s future. They include: card check (no more secret ballots), eliminating right to work states, ObamaCare (state funded), and insourcing (fed government won’t be bidding to independents). Each increases union size.
Obama’s East Room speech today: “But as I’ve said before, we can’t just cut our way to prosperity. If we’re serious about reducing the deficit, we have to combine spending cuts with revenue — and that means asking the wealthiest Americans to pay a little more in taxes. …
I’m open to compromise. I’m open to new ideas. I’m committed to solving our fiscal challenges. But I refuse to accept any approach that isn’t balanced. I am not going to ask students and seniors and middle-class families to pay down the entire deficit while people like me, making over $250,000, aren’t asked to pay a dime more in taxes. I’m not going to do that. …
And let me make one final point that every American needs to hear. Right now, if Congress fails to come to an agreement on an overall deficit reduction package by the end of the year, everybody’s taxes will automatically go up on January 1st — everybody’s — including the 98 percent of Americans who make less than $250,000 a year.”
In order to ‘dig out of the hole’ what do the GOP have to support that Obama and the libs do not?
We laughed at the idea of an Obama lame duck earlier today, he will get what he wants any way he can. We also asked the question who you fear the most, what about the people who voted Obama? We also resolved the fact that the people have become dependent upon the public trough. The republican establishment is leading America the wrong way.
As a reluctant 2008 McCain supporter, Obama’s win was good for the country in that it would finally uncloak what liberalism truly was. A few days ago I realized I did not know who the American people were.
The dance music must end. Too many are too tired of contributing to the trough, a trough which can never be filled, and being labeled as the problem. The companies have started the massive layoffs yet the news media followers tag along behind Obama and his minions demanding more. Are you another old white racist who must contribute your fair share? Have you ever taken anything?
What has comprising as racist radicals ever achieved for the GOP? Yesterday Rush revealed that after Reagan’s immigration reform act to permit the illegals citizenship Hispanic support for Bush dropped. They are not crossing the border for the opportunity to become free Americans. O’Reilly said it, they want more stuff, a trough which can never be filled. What does compromise achieve?
We have been sleeping with the enemy for far too long, wars are won by killing him. If we cannot we determine another way, allow the enemy to destroy himself. Why not hand Obama and his liberal minions the keys to all future decisions, vote present in the Congress, allow them to own what they will pass anyway. Put their name on everything and permit the people to understand what they cannot. Maybe the alarms will be loud enough by 2014.

CNS: “It’s Friday morning, and so far today, the Obama administration has posted 165 new regulations and notifications on its reguations.gov website. In the past 90 days, it has posted 6,125 regulations and notices – an average of 68 a day.”
