Pelosi told America ObamaCare had to be passed in order for us to know what was in it. CNS: “A little-known section in the Obamacare health reform law defines “full-time” work as averaging only 30 hours per week, a definition that will affect some employers who utilize part-time workers to trim the cost of complying with the Obamacare rule that says businesses with 50 or more workers must provide health insurance or pay a fine.”
If your company has decided, because of it’s size, to go part time in order to escape the Obama tax claws, now your people must work less than 30 hours per week in order to qualify for part time.
The rule does not apply to seasonal but why would it? One of my businesses continually saw new employees work until they requalified for benefits and disappeared. In the Clinton administration unemployment benefits were increased. The libs do not want an independent private sector.
All of the news media follower garbage they continue to post, how government employees earn less than private sector, is just that. First compare the number of days each works in a year. Then compare benefits. The gap they refer to focuses on a far smaller size sample and a two year salary reduction.
The goal is to squeeze private business employees out and push them into government. In the end there is no money, no production, and the ultimate achievement being control. ObamaCare has nothing to do with health.
