Why does Obama continue to claim that Romney wants to cut $5 Trillion in taxes from the rich even after he’s been disproven? Why does he insist on ‘not talking down’ our economy? “Because of your strength and resilience, the strength and resilience of the American people, we’ve made too much progress to return to the policies that led to the crisis in the first place. I can’t allow that to happen, I won’t allow that to happen, and that is why I’m running for a second term as president of the United States.”
We continue to focus on the politics on the Obama campaign: “ Today’s news certainly is not an excuse to try to talk down the economy to score a few political points.” What’s he saying to you other than take the facts and number results out of the election equation and put your faith in my promise for more time to allow the past programs to do what I said they would during my first term. At the same time what is Obama doing with 7.8%?
It truly gets boring to continually refer to all of the garbage Obama has either done or proposed to reduce the deficit, bottom line is the fact that America is a few years away from not being capable of generating enough private sector revenue to service the interest on the debt. Government is a virus which lives off of the private sector. The Constitution was created by individuals who feared the government, realize the liberal disdain for the document.
It was transportation which was key to the success of America. The ability to cross the nation opened opportunity. Think of the changes which occurred from hiking, horses, wagon trains, the railroad, cars, planes… In the end we became capable of not only moving ourselves but our goods. That ability came with the use of oil.
Soon America ran on oil, it was our energy source for everything, and it was everywhere. It still is. We do not need other countries to supply us nor do we require their companies/workers to provide it. Obama made that decision.
EPA standards require winter and summer blends for states in addition to others with ludicrous mandates for so many that refineries must be handcuffed to produce something which cannot be used on a national basis.
A petroleum analyst just spoke about California’s headache: “Wholesale prices have gone up $1 a gallon in the last week alone, and retail prices have only followed for 30 cents, so there unfortunately is room for retail prices to climb, and that’s likely what they’ll do.”
Obama is campaigning on his tax the rich plan, what about the tax the outrageous gas prices are putting on the middle and lower classes? How will the prices of everything they purchase be affected, the goods are transported. Other energy sources are cheaper, natural gas…, but Obama has blocked them.
The Obama campaign is hitting on Romney’s a liar, Bush’s mess was worse than we thought, believe in me, we will complete the job in the second term. We can fix it! There is no 7.8%. There is no health care. There are no jobs for college grads. There is no effort to cut spending. There are no plans to drill. There is no reason to believe gas prices will not hit $6 a gallon. You broke it!
