Last June, the majority of people, larger than predicted by all those polls, or ‘unexpected’, endorsed the Walker conservative plan. Obama never showed during the recall campaign, no support for the people or the unions working to elect Barrett. Leadership meant on your own yet Obama cannot compete in November without union support. He abandoned them but they cannot do the same to him.
Walker just spoke about the decision: “Sadly a liberal activist judge in Dane County wants to go backwards and take away the law making responsibilities of the legislature and the governor. We are confident that the state will ultimately prevail in the appeals process.”
How many states are wasting taxpayer dollars appealing Obama attacks? What if those same dollars could be spent on improvements necessary to each specific state? Why aren’t they?
What is the ultimate objective behind this judge’s permitting collective bargaining for the unions? Let’s look at it from the perspective how do unions spend their dues? They fund political activities for the liberals. Wisconsin state laws already provide the protections the unions promote as being covered by their dues, cannot be fired for no reason… What is there in state or federal Constitution which says collective bargaining is a right? It’s a privilege.
Obama could not return to Wisconsin to ask for it’s support. His only option was to overrule yet another state by mandating from the bench, ignoring the people, and blaming the GOP. Even the teachers are against it.
