The last ten days of August our DOJ joined a lawsuit against Gallup on the grounds that it violated the False Claims Act. It was filed by former employee Michael Lindley who originally came from the Obama staff. The government alleged Gallup overestimated necessary time to complete their work and were paid. Statement by government attorney: “Contractors who do business with the federal government must honor their obligations to provide honest services and products.”

Burst Updates generally follows two polls, Rasmussen and Gallup. The polling sectors, topics, and questions are good. The results are what they are.
Lindley was an Obama insider before working at Gallup and I can attest to the fact that their polls were not favoring Obama. It’s not supposed to go down that way. Yesterday I found the real information.
Daily Caller: “Internal emails between senior officials at The Gallup Organization show senior Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod attempting to subtly intimidate the respected polling firm when its numbers were unfavorable to the president.
After Gallup declined to change its polling methodology, Obama’s Department of Justice hit it with an unrelated lawsuit…”
We waited until after the conventions to begin incorporating the poll results again. They switch to ‘likely’, people have seen the nomination process, the final jobs report is in…, and Gallup is told to go take an Obama.
Never was there any doubt in my mind that this will be a Romney blowout. The explosion will be felt worldwide. It’s up to the liberals to save their own party and do what is necessary.
