The most obvious problem America faces with oil is the fact that Obama will not permit us to use our own. Canada was also ruled out as well, kind of. We will still be buying what would have been Keystone oil, now it will be shipped in from China, and the price will be higher. We also have sacrificed a lot of jobs.
There is also a problem with the environment, those ethanol rules are still pie in the sky. Not only do your food bills continue to increase, so do your gas prices, each directly related to the corn, or lack thereof. Oil companies are paying fines for not mixing in enough ethanol, the percentages are short of government standards. There is an explanation, one the government is unwilling to listen. Due to shortages, we do not have the ability to produce enough ethanol.
The national average for gas since Obama walked into the Oval Office is up 97% and quickly rising. No doubt we will soon hear it was Bush’s, speculators, big oil’s… fault, but seriously folks, we have already heard that! The national average is $3.62, and the national average has increased 24 cents in the last month.

Obama joked about oil prices back in March after saying he had directed that 75% of the Gulf be opened. “Do not tell me we are not drilling.” The prices continue to explode, we are not drilling, it not anyone else’s fault, Obama built that.
