Bloomberg has become little Obama, the testing lab for the regime. People must sneak salt into restaurants, climb trees to smoke cigarettes, eventually buy multiple sodas to get want they want, and now new mothers will have to dance around a mandatory breast feeding program to unlock the formula. Think about mom’s frame of mind the first time she deals with the formula police.

Starting Sept. 3, the city will keep tabs on the number of bottles that participating hospitals stock and use — the most restrictive pro-breast-milk program in the nation. …
With each bottle a mother requests and receives, she’ll also get a talking-to. Staffers will explain why she should offer the breast instead.”
NOW to the rescue! Seriously, why would an addict argue? What about infections which have not yet exposed, Hep C rate is very high in NY. Lactose intolerant… babies cannot breast feed. What if the physician disagrees? Why is a mayor making medical decision?
