My son was just promoted in his third consecutive year of summer employment. He’s an athlete, an officer in his fraternity, and continues to be an honor student. The point is his application for a major department store credit card was just rejected for lack of information. Applications for schools, jobs, loans, clubs… are brief in comparison to what they were in the past decades. Everyone hires outside companies or services to run backgrounds based on limited information. Results provide more detailed, verified, faster reports.
Julia Duin, Washington Times, April 2005: “With $48 million in annual revenue, the ACLU, now with 400,000 members in 50 state affiliates, counts $125 million in net assets. It gave $57,830 to Democratic candidates last year, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. The largest contribution ($18,730) went to John Kerry. No ACLU money went to Republicans.”
This was a stinging revelation about the ACLU which was very unappreciated by both liberals and news media followers. No doubt the Soros information sites were fast to attack. The goal has always been operation cover-up or hide the past. Today, the common reaction, if unsuccessful, is to call the other side racists. During the first campaign operation cover-up, involving the campaign staff, news media followers, libs, and all of the Obama’s friends (Wright, Alinsky…) who took the money and ran, hiding from the election.
Let’s do not ignore the racial component, it too was a very important factor in the first election. Think about it. All of these white people who Obama is labeling as racist today, who do you think was responsible for voting him into the White House?
CBS/AP: “New Jersey’s branch of the American Civil Liberties Union has taken its mission of policing the police to smartphones.
The ACLU has released an app called “Police Tape” that lets users secretly record police stops.”
Last May Obama banned cell phones at fundraisers, presumably to keep them secret.
Two months ago LaHood was speaking about police rights saying they need: “the opportunity to write tickets when people are foolishly thinking they can drive safely or use a cell phone and text and drive.”
