Obama’s shutdown of our Gulf energy production was overturned in Louisiana by a federal judge yet ignored by Obama. The drilling has not restarted. In February of 2011 Obama decided he was against the Defense of Marriage Act, another law he was sworn to enforce, when he instructed the Justice Department to stop defending it. After the Supreme Court ruling on SB1070 he told Arizona to drop dead, suspending all existing agreements with their police regarding immigration laws.
We mentioned Stockton California yesterday, they will file bankruptcy today. A once large thriving city east of San Francisco whose devastated real estate market can no longer support the government employees entitlement programs. The unions refused to concede. Obama refused as well yet there is not enough left to compromise and now he is taking.
Some say the mistake in ObamaCare was not defining it as a tax. Pretend it could have passed as such, who could pay the tax? The plan itself was always the problem.
Regardless of what if any part is saved tomorrow, it does not stop there. ObamaCare has been put into effect all along as if it was law, as if Obama was above the Constitution, no differently than what he has done from the start, like SB1070 or Fast and Furious or the closed door Dream Act… When have the people ever been taken into account? What are the chances an executive order implementing ObamaCare has already been signed?
