The three page single space homework assignment was turned in on time to the 5th Circuit today. Although Holder admitted the court has jurisdiction to overturn, nowhere did it say Obama said the same. Ever since the remarks Monday everyone claims he didn’t say it or didn’t mean what he said. Last week was wasted doing the same with the live microphone comment.
Obama Monday: “I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take away what would be an unprecedented extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.” This was rehearsed.
I do not see the leak everyone infers. What happens if the case goes his way? The Supreme Court caves to Obama? That makes it look like his lib appointees are owned by him.
