Yesterday Obama spoke about the Supreme Court’s review of ObamaCare: “I just remind conservative commentators that for years what we’ve heard is the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism or the lack of restraint, that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law.” In order to preserve our Constitution against the tyranny of the majority courts have the right to review and void what Congress and the president do.
