Just last month Defense Secretary Panetta made public his belief that Israel was likely to attack Iran in April, May, or June. Those efforts to prevent it are failing. Obama’s meeting with Netanyahu failed to do the same. America’s 30,000 pound bunker busting bomb was discussed as the only way to penetrate Iran’s deepest bunkers. Eventually we learned about the distances and lack of coordination with Obama for aerial refueling. Now it has been learned that Azerbaijan, above Iran, will act as the refill station.
The Azerbaijan refuel information came from American intelligence. It’s location allows Israeli planes the ability to remain over the target for longer periods of time. The benefit being extended penetration with less powerful bombs, the 30,000 pound bunker buster not being available.
Obama has always believed an Israeli attack to be worse than the Iran nuclear capabilities. What other reason for all of their secrets to continue to be exposed?
