It’s always the same liberal playbook. News media just discovered bankrupt green energy companies funded by taxpayers, or as they prefer, government, have been awarding huge executive bonuses prior to locking the front doors. They are reporting old news for facetime favor. The next breaking element is, surprise, the executives pass through donations to the Obama campaign like unwanted presents at a birthday or Christmas.

ABC: “Take, for instance, Beacon Power Corp., the second recipient of an Energy Department loan guarantee in 2009. In March 2010, the Massachusetts energy storage company paid cash bonuses of $259,285 to three executives in part due to progress made on the $43 million energy loan, Securities and Exchange Commission records show. Last October, Beacon Power filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
EnerDel, maker of lithium-ion battery systems, landed a $118.5 million energy grant in August 2009. About one-and-a-half years later, Vice President Joe Biden toured a company plant in Indiana and heralded its taxpayer-supported expansion as one of the ’100 Recovery Act Projects That Are Changing America’.” It lists 5 pages of companies.
Reading through the entire story we located nothing which referenced the unions, the dues paid to leaders, and ensuing kickbacks to the Obama campaign.
We have explored the unfair balance in taxation on oil companies yet there is no mention of those funds contributing to the support of green energy whose bonuses ultimately fund the Obama campaign.

Really? Your saying that the unions representing workers that got federal funds are supporting the Obama campaign?
How about the oil and gas industry giving 2million dollars to the republican presidential candidates (vs 130K to Obama)- and industry that gets over 4BILLION dollars in government subsidies each year (and which Obama has threatened to end)
But of course- the republicans insist we end welfare for the most disadvantaged citizens- not the richest companies.
And oh yes- let’s see. The Securities and Finance industry- which also received federal bailots, has given in excess of 8 million dollars to the republican presidential candidates, 6.6 million to Romney Aaone. Likewise hedge funds/private equity- over 2 million to Romney. Banks- 1.3 million to Romney. Where is your right wing outrage over these facts?

What are the dues oil companies charge employees?
Some of us are too disabled to qualify for health care insurance and must self insure. There is no bitching and moaning about government locking the door on handouts due to financial disqualifications. Who in their right mind wants to live like a slave?
What makes you think the Obama system is working for the disadvantaged? What about Avastin?
How would you have felt if those Romney donors had instead contributed to Obama?
