The new year is about to begin and what has changed? What have you lost during this administration verses gained? Gone; Your job, home, SUV, pick-up, health care, retirement, energy, future Social Security, control of government… Gained; Almost 2 years of unemployment compensation, Occupy, stronger union participation, solar/wind energy, Internet gambling, income equality, 16 Trillion deficit, higher minimum wage, safer bridges, anti-discrimination efforts, energy efficient compact fluorescents…

We have discussed all of the American manufacturers which have shut down as a result of this. Even if there were an extension what incentive would they have to reopen for a year? All of the tax revenues have gone overseas and the jobs are lost. What did the businesses do wrong?
The same is occurring in both the coal and oil industries. Automotive was overtaken by Obama. Regulations are prohibiting companies from expanding and hiring. The EPA has taken decisions from Congress, elected by the people for the people.
The light bulb ban is a result of federal regulations which circumvent the freedoms afforded the people, limited government, namely their freedom to decide. How is this different from the change which has defined the Obama administration?
