A Florida federal judge is expected to rule later today on the multi-state suit against ObamaCare. Sebelius, in her role as Health and Human Services Secretary, not only has granted 729 waivers but is in charge of enforcing the law. Last weekend when presented with a question concerning the constitutionality of the mandate she could not and/or would not make the argument as to why it is legal.
