Florida federal Judge Vinson ruling on ObamaCare: “Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void. This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications.” His ruling represents 26 states and follows a Virginia decision which stops at declaring the individual mandate unconstitutional. Obama is intent upon listening to a small fraction of the Muslim people yet continues to ignore the Tea Party. They were responsible for the seating of the House which just voted to repeal ObamaCare.
