During SOTU Obama referred to the future as being ours, never speaking of the present. He insisted on investing in more education, following a path of civility, concentrating on jobs, and listening to the people. He stressed immigration reform, taxes, and the rails. He dreamed of control.
Earlier this year Obama signed into law the Food Safety Modernization Act, legislation which increases food inspections for producers of less than $500,000 a year. It was a government takeover of our food industry requiring the collection of fees. Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution says: “All bills for raising revenue will originate in the House of Representatives.” This never got out of committee in the House in 2009.
During lame duck the Senate put this into a resolution at the last minute and passed it. The Senate was forced to back off the ObamaCare tax because it’s unconstitutional, what makes this different?
Obama is the attorney seeking to create jobs, listen to the people, and strive for bipartisanship. We warned you not to watch the speech.
Iran is building nukes because Obama does not care. The government is spending and borrowing because Obama does not care. His only goal is to takeover our country before the foreigners, secure a seat on the UN, and have a personal locker for his blue helmet and squirt guns.
