RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS PASSES 5-4
In striking down Chicago’s gun ban the Supreme Court said yes to our Constitutional right to guns. Once again we return to Obama’s backyard debating a ruling reflecting a decision first implemented to protect freed slaves.
Once freed, in fear of being hung for voting republican, slaves were provided the opportunity to carry guns in order to participate in elections without fear. Today a new intimidation is incorporated, the sector is bought. Those same people are strung along with bare necessities provided by taxpayers, through government handouts, in order to retain their ‘loyalty’. The executive order to ‘welcome illegals’ is only being considered because too many from this sector have started using their minds as they did their guns after slavery.
The Second Amendment of our Constitution is the part of our Bill of Rights which protect your right to keep and bear arms. It permitted ex-slaves the freedom to vote just as it provides any people freedom from government. Which dictatorship permits it’s population such a privilege?
Our government is one of limited separated powers yet in a never ending effort we have just witnessed a campaign to overwrite our nation’s Constitution. The war has not started.
This marks the first day Elena Kagan’s show me week. She is here before us to say nothing. The only purpose of her nomination is to further the Obama addiction for government control of America. Law remains one of Obama’s greatest obstructions.
The idea of anyone stepping in against the consent of our republic and the foundation upon which it was built is mad. The fact that the same person would ignore the voters is difficult to imagine. That leader who pledged equality for all is employing the means of control over blacks which he could not after slavery. Mr Equality.
