OBAMA MEMORIAL DAY SPEECH RAINED OUT IN IL

Obama stepped up to speak at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery before thousands of families and uniformed veterans when thunder crackled and rain fell upon all.

As his umbrella almost blew out of his hand Obama commanded all around him to find shelter from the out of control storm now on top of them. Veterans in wheel chairs were pushed away, babies were covered, and wet flags flapped in the wind.

The loud noises and confusion never permitted Obama to begin his speech.

Earlier today Biden was accompanied by Admiral Mullen on a beautiful day at at Arlington National Cemetery in the traditional honoring of our veterans.

Biden: “As a nation, we pause to remember them. They gave their lives fulfilling their oath to this nation and to us.”

As Biden said, this is the day America sets aside to remember those who fought to provide us the freedom which makes our country what it is today.
