HOLDER: NO DEATH PENALTY FOR ILLEGALS COMMITTING MURDER

Upon arriving in office, Obama began a worldwide apology tour. Bowing to oppressive dictators, he begged their forgiveness for America’s thoughtless aggression. Pre-election campaign promises included an immediate withdrawal from Iraq.

Last August Holder opened a second investigation on CIA officials who had previously been cleared of illegally questioning al Qaeda terrorists. Fitzgerald, the lead prosecutor in the Plame case, was recalled to represent the terrorist attorneys here.

Critics were forced to pull teeth in order to learn that former Gitmo attorneys held positions at the DOJ, lawyers from Holders former firm. Holder said they, “Do not deserve to have their own values questioned.” The same people who are defending the terrorists who murdered almost 3,000 in NY. Instead we are focusing on the CIA agents?

Holder apologizes for missing briefs
How long has this administration pushed for the release of terrorists through any legal loopholes possible? As our troops and/or citizens are murdered the constant underlining theme has been coming to the aid of the terrorist. When will we know whether the 9/11 NY trials will return to Gitmo military court?

Eris Arguera, Alcides Umana, and Adolfo Amaya Portillo, all admitted members of the MS-13 (an al-Qaeda affiliated crime, drug, and murder gang) were arrested for theft and murder. This is the gang which the Border Patrol, the FBI, Homeland Security, ICE, Immigration… have been targeting, yet Holder comes along and directs a US attorney not to seek the death penalty against them.

Holder is putting more pressure on our defense, the CIA, than he is seeking against our enemies, the terrorists.
